on Aging, Older Adults Care Management has provided care management,
in-home care, medication management and financial and bookkeeping services
to thousands of Bay Area residents and their families. A pacesetter
in the field of elder care, OACM has served the Bay Area for over 25
years, establishing a legacy of quality, value and trust.
With offices in San Francisco, Palo Alto and Marin, OACM is able to offer clients throughout San Francisco, the Peninsula and Marin a broad range of vital services, including:
- experienced home care and dementia care
- family consultation
- coordination and monitoring of all services needed to remain living comfortably at home
- medication management and oversight
- bill paying and personal affairs support
- fiduciary services
- escorted transportation
- companionship in the home, the community, and at medical visits

OACM + IOA
OACM joined Institute on Aging's family of services in 1999. The partnership expanded IOA's services to include in-home care and medication management, and made IOA's extensive services for seniors accesible to OACM clients.
